Right of way

The Right of Way and Claims department is responsible for the acquisition and management of the company's property assets which includes easements, pipeline corridors, leases, franchises, licenses, permits and fee land.  Management of these assets also includes the settling of damage claims on behalf of the company as well as associated accounting responsibilities.
