ExxonMobil Pipeline Company sponsors September TEEX training

First responders from 20 departments recently participated in the ExxonMobil-sponsored HazMat Liquid & CO₂ Pipeline and Industrial Fire Emergencies training. Held at TEEX Brayton Fire Training Field in College Station, Texas, first responders participated in advanced, hands-on and companion classroom simulations, including a CO₂ pipeline incident response.

ExxonMobil Product Solutions Vice President of Operations Bob Johnston spoke to the class about the importance of training for the safety of responders and communities, and Ward 6 Fire Department Chief Todd Parker shared his own learnings about CO₂ pipeline release response.
